Coffee Fest Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2008


All cancellations must be made in writing (return receipt requested) and will become effective when received by Coffee Fest.


Tradeshow Exhibit Space


Should the exhibitor cancel any or all of its space the following penalties apply:

  • Prior to 120 days before show – no penalty
  • 120 to 60 days before show - $5.00 per square foot penalty
  • 59 days before show – no refund

Tradeshow Exhibit Services and Supplies


Ice, Milk, Water

Should the exhibitor cancel exhibit supplies (ice, milk and water) the following penalties apply:

  • Prior to 21 days before show – no penalty
  • 21 days before show – no refund

Other Services

Note that refunds for any other products or services ordered directly from a vendor in relation to the show, is not the responsibility of Coffee Fest. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to contact these companies directly for cancellations or refunds. Examples of these services and supplies are:

  • Show Decorator Equipment, Power and Labor
  • Lead Retrieval Systems
  • Shipping
  • Travel and Hotel arrangements

Fee-Based Workshops


Should the attendee cancel the following penalties apply:

  • Prior to 30 days before show – Refund 75% of the registration fee
  • Prior to 15 days before show – Refund 50% of the registration fee
  • Less than 15 days of show – No Refund

*This does NOT include the price of admission to the event. Admission fees are non-refundable.

Admission fees are non-refundable


To make a refund request by mail:


1. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • When, how and by whom the purchase was made
  • What the refund is requested for
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Purchase price(s)

2. Include any admission tickets, vouchers or printed material that you have received related to the refund you are requesting.

3. Please specify whether you would like a refund via check or a bankcard credit.
